The Clara Barton Society is a strategic individual giving plan to attract and sustain high-level donors to the America Red Cross. Members give an annual total of $1,000 or more to support the Red Cross mission.

The Clara Barton Society will create a cohesive and consistent major donor individual giving program for the Red Cross across the country, raise more money from individuals and families, engage community leaders as Red Cross fundraising volunteers, and engage donors through relationship-based fundraising best practices.

Mission
The mission of the Clara Barton Society, named for the founder of the American Red Cross, is to acknowledge and honor those individuals and families whose leadership and generosity, in service of humanity, carry out the lifesaving mission of the American Red Cross.

Vision
Develop the nation’s leading annual giving society which entertains, engages and inspires donors to grow their generous and diverse support of the Red Cross.
